Deliverables Based Information Technology Services
The DBITS contract vehicle is part of the Texas Department of Information Resources’ (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program. This contracting vehicle for Texas state agencies, county or local government offices, and public education entities of all sizes, streamlines the process that agencies go through to acquire project-based IT solutions & services.
Instead of a lengthy RFO process, DBITS allows any eligible entity to work directly with vendors and ask the vendors to respond directly to agency needs based on a Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is developed by the procuring entity and is used to identify the type, quantity, and quality of services and deliverables, as well as the schedule for delivery.

In November 2025, based on our 30+ years of successful service delivery and excellent references for deliverables-based IT solutions Daman Consulting was awarded the deliverables based services contract DIR-TSO-6062 for the following three project categories :
- Application Development, Maintenance, and Support, Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation, including Data Warehousing
- Project and Program Management

The DIR DBITS vehicle provides agencies with great flexibility in being able to go-direct and procure our services. We are pleased to offer our services to our public sector customers under this streamlined contracting process.
To order services under the DBITS contract, follow these SOW instructions provided by DIR. The Purchase Order must reference DIR-CPO-6062.
