The Decision Support Architect at Daman is an expert in defining the user interface layers for all data/information needs of a corporation. The value comes from his/her ability to understand the business's information needs and then navigate those needs to the appropriate data and UI design.
This person works with the business in gathering the information needs and KPI definitions, Integration Specialist to help identify the appropriate sources for the information, with the Data Designer to optimize the design for availability, flexibility, and define the data (information) delivery layer for consumption by the business. In this specific role, the candidate will provide the technical leadership for everything as it relates to the deployment, configuration, and use of the PowerBI technology for developing data delivery infrastructures.
- Proficient in OFSAA Data Architecture
- Knowledge of Data Modeling using Erwin tool, Data Migration Activities and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Component
- Extensive knowledge in creating Oracle Packages, Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers and Queries using Oracle SQL-PL/SQL
- Core Java knowledge
- Database design, Performance tuning, development, and integration using Oracle
- UI experience with OFSAA forms framework, HTML, JSP, and CSS3
- Experience with jQuery and Angular JS
- Experience with WebSphere or Tomcat
- Experience with Maven and Jenkins
- Experience with agile project methodology
- Understanding of OFSAA Reconciliation Framework
- OFSAA metadata management framework (Hierarchies, datasets)
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Information Systems or Engineering is required.
